How do chess opening flashcards work?
A card contains a line from your repertoire. Instead of flipping a text card, you recall and play your side’s moves on the board. The opponent’s replies give each move its context.
Can I practice both White and Black?
Yes. Choose the opening color and filter your decks by side. Your move range controls how much of each line you practice.
Is opening practice free?
You can create and practice your own opening decks for free. Premium adds Opening Performance analysis and puzzles from your games. Paid opening decks are separate purchases.
Can I use it on my phone or iPad?
Yes. ChessPrep runs in your browser on phones, tablets and computers, with your account keeping your decks and progress together.
